Boring Mill Operator/Machinist (manual)

Company builds machine tooling for the Big 3 and other OEMs
Pay Rate:
Up to $30/hr based on experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Read prints, set up and operate Devlieg boring mill (72” bed) to machine details
- Check parts using measuring gages
- Document and update job routers / process sheets as required
- Keep machine and work area clean and organized
Education/Skills Required:
- 3+ experience operating manual boring mills
- Must be able to read prints
- Must have experience using measuring gages to check parts
Work Hours:
6:00am – 2:30pm (or 4:30pm when needed), Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday’s
50 - 56 hours per week on average
90 day contract to direct hire
