We are immediately hiring for full-time Call Center Representatives/Helpdesk at a leading global IT company located in Southfield, MI. Job Responsibilities:

· Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email or web submits

· Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems

· Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures

· Track incidents and calls, including but not limited to, entering data into the database timely 

· May be responsible for ensuring systems are configured properly

 

· Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 0-1 year’s relevant experience

· Requires excellent customer service skills

· Solid foundation of Personal Computer experience

 

Job Type: Full-time   (Eligible for direct hire consideration at 640 hours worked)

 

Pay: $15.00 hourly

 

Shift(s): 1st shift: Monday through Friday (availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm)

2nd shift: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
