Customer Support Analyst

Co. is a leading supplier to the automotive, aerospace and defense industries
Day Shift: 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm
Pay: Up to $25/hr based on experience
Job Overview:
Organize information from internal and external customers, handling PO's and customer requests, and following up on open activities and events until closure. Working in the Aerospace Business Unit
Qualifications:
Experience in data input, customer service, working within a team environment,
excels with organization and managing multiple tasks. MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat,
and customer portal experience required. Familiarity with MRP systems and PO
processing preferred. High School diploma required, College education preferred.
Job Description:
Review Customer Support Purchase orders and input into Epicor as needed.
Work directly with manufacturing on customer support DOD dates.
Update internal tracking forms as required.
Participate on customer calls as needed.
Loading and processing of Field Service Travelers, loading all pertinent information
into the Service Tracking Database and creating reports as required.
Update Inventory Items database as needed.
Follow up and track open quotes and work orders/events.
Arrange travel for support and training events.
Organize open and closure of all support events.
Backup Customer Support Manager and Administrative Assistant as needed.
Adhere to operating philosophy principals
Support compliance with quality policies.
Support continuous improvement initiative.
Any other duties as assigned.
