Role Summary:
The Team Lead at Radial oversees day-to-day operations, supporting the Supervisor in achieving department goals. This role involves planning and organizing workflow, training team members, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily work activities
- Train associates on operational processes
- Collaborate with Supervisor to address and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Maintain safety and security of associates and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments on operational procedures
- Monitor associate performance and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Perform other duties as necessary to meet customer requirements and company standards
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and adaptability
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and achieving KPIs
- Proficient in lean/six sigma management tools (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban)
- High School diploma or equivalent
Travel:
- This position is not remote
- No travel required
Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Must be available for overtime as needed
