CNC Maintenance Tech

Day shift: 7am - 4:30pm M-F, Saturday 7am - 12pm
Pay Range: $33 - 37/hr, yet negotiable based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify problems with equipment that may have incomplete documentation.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production
- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as necessary for building maintenance. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
- Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by manager.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Required Technical skills and Experience:
- Maintenance Tech with 4+ years experience with CNC machine repair, ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and repair.
- Should have mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints.
- Should have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to meet physical requirements of position Must be available to work a 58+ hour workweek including Saturday and some Sundays may be required.
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
- Capable of using hand held tools.
- Operate forklift and crane.
