Job Responsibilities:
Administration
1. Manage Suppliers & Vendors Bills
2. Manage Company Credit
3. Update Requisition Form and Order Office & Warehouse Supplies
4. Request for Quotes for new purchase and report
5. Maintain Contract
6. Landlord and Building Care
7. Create Payment Request for Vendors Bills
8. Update Expense Report
9. Submit MBE Status monthly for Customer
HR (Human Resource)
1. Manage Employees
2. Book and Record Working Hours
3. Calculate and Manage Payroll and Benefits for Employees
4. Manage Contracted Employees
5. Manage Employee Contracts
6. Manage Staffing Companies
7. Manage Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring process
8. Update Job Descriptions
9. Manage and Update Resumes
10. Basic Policy Informing and Training
