Building Maintenance Technician

Sterling Heights, MI

286 Unit Apartment Complex

Pay: Up to $23/hr based on experience

Shift: 8:30am-5pm, 1/2 hour lunch. Possible on-call when necessary

Description: Responsible for the building maintenance of the 286 unit Apartment Community. Duties will include the basic repair and maintenance related to heating and cooling, plumbing, drywall, electrical, etc.

Requirements: Company will pay for you to get certified in HVAC if you are not already certified.
