CNC Press Brake Setup / Operator

Company is a govt. contractor; short/ low volume parts, clean/ quiet environment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM, with some overtime.
Pay Rate: Up to $28/hr., based on experience
Job Duties:
Set up and run manual and Cincinnati CNC press brake equipment
Form parts to customer specifications using both single and multi axis press brakes.
Select, design and modify tooling as required and within established approval guidelines.
Inspect & verify that bends meet specifications as noted in drawings, blueprints, set-up sheets, etc. Verify flat pattern
developments.
Accurately complete set-up sheets.
Stack and protect parts as required to maintain specified quality standard.
Calculate run times and prioritize jobs to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Program and download operational programs.
Daily operation and maintenance of press brake machinery.
Operate fork truck, pallet jacks, hand tools and accurate use of precision measuring tools.
Ensure work performed is in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
May be required to perform other tasks and special projects as deemed necessary by management
Experience Required:
Must have experience operating a CNC Press Brake using the Windows Version
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required infrequently to lift up to 100 pounds.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
