CNC Machine Setup/ Operator

Pay Rate: $19(+ .50/hr shift prem), based on experience
REQUIRED:
Min. 1-2 year cnc operation experience or, technical training or education preferred
High School Diploma or GED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of CNC machine operation
Load raw parts
Maintain indexable inserts for three CNC lathes, and end mills and drills for two CNC mills
Make offsets as required to keep multiple tools in each machine producing parts to tolerances as tight as +/- 0.02 mm
Measure parts using mics, calipers etc.
Inspect and pack parts at the end of the line
Monitor part quality
Report production output
Reset machine
Report to Super. any issues
*Will operate a dual machine - mill/ lathe, training available to get the operator familiar w/ this type of machine
2nd shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 11pm, 40 hours per week
Training for few weeks on swing shift, 11:30 am – 8:00 pm
Permanent job - 90 day contract to direct hire
