We’re hiring a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Pierceton, IN. This hands-on role is key to keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment to reduce downtime
• Find and replace faulty electrical components
• Complete upgrades and new electrical installations
• Support plant-wide continuous improvement projects
• Maintain plant lighting and facility electrical systems
• Work safely with high-voltage systems
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble production machinery
• Use test equipment to diagnose and fix issues
• Work with production teams to improve processes and solve quality problems
• Read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic
• Wire panels, run conduit, and trace/repair wiring
