Inside Sales Representative
Company is a leading provider of air quality solutions for a variety of industries
Royal Oak, MI
Salary: $45-50K (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Generate leads through various sources, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and submit quotes and proposals to customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to achieve company sales goals
Requirements:
- Seeking candidate w/ background more on the technical side of sales
- Preferred, but not required degree in business, marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- HVAC or air quality industry background would be a plus
- Knowledge of air quality regulations and standards is a plus
