Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30pm - 12:30am
Pay Rate: up to $23/hr, ***looking for light/ intermediate machine repair experience; training available
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Maintains and repairs all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic production-related equipment, machinery and systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
***Seeking light/ intermediate machine repair experience
Installs, maintains and repairs production-related machinery, equipment, pipe and electrical systems following specification, blueprints, manuals and schematic drawings, using hand tools, power tools, hoist, and measuring and testing instruments.
Locates existing and potential problems by visually inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, using electrical and electronic test equipment.
Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
Installs and repairs production-related machinery including electrical hook-up and electrical equipment.
Installs programs or repairs automated machinery and equipment, such as robots and programmable controllers.
Performs minor repairs on forklifts as required.
Responds to spills and works as part of team to clean and contain.
Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
Perform water treatment and release water to city source.
Performs building maintenance as needed, such as: cleaning, plumbing, parking lot cleaning, snow plow, and lawn care as needed to maintain overall buildings.
Open/Close Arm/Disarm Building and Security System
Operate machines as necessary to assist Production department.
Pick up spare parts & tooling from vendors as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED.
4 years of additional technical training or education preferred
Basic Welding experience preferred
Perm job - 90 day contract to direct hire
