Pay Rate: $25-28 based on experience

Summary of Position
The Maintenance position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of machinery and the facility.
Special projects may be assigned to this position in the office and shop floor. This position reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing.

Essential Functions
• Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards.
• Must have Maintenance experience working in a Plant and Manufacturing environment.
• Completes inside and outside Building Maintenance projects as assigned.
• Performs routine maintenance checks on machinery and areas of the building to include inspection and testing.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on equipment and building, to check and address items.
• Basic repair, replace, predict, and prevent potential equipment failure on welders, small presses, CNC machines, etc.
• Must have some machine repair experience, along with mechanical and electrical abilities.
• Experience with operating tool room equipment to repair machine components.
• Ability to properly troubleshoot failure of mechanical components.
• Orders parts as necessary.
• Has strong communication skills with team members and management.
• Has efficient time management skills.
• Has a self-starter attitude.
• Willing and able to learn new skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• 5 + years in related experience and education.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical, plumbing/HVAC, and mechanical experience required.
