Pay rate: $24-$30+ based on experience on experience
Shift Premium: 15%
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri, OT available
Double time is available Sunday. In order to qualify, employee must have worked 48 hours prior to Sunday.

Job Function Responsible for machine maintenance, building maintenance and general maintenance functions as directed
Experience
• PLC experience required!
• 5 years experience in plant maintenance with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some electrical experience
Duties:
Troubleshoot and repairing stamping presses, conveyors and other industrial machinery
Responsible for all PM tasks, corrective actions, and improvements to assigned equipment
Required to follow all maintenance systems and proper documentation procedures as outlined in the work instructions, including preventive maintenance procedures, downtime recording procedure, work order procedures
Skills:
• Knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNCs, washers, assembly machines, various automation and related machinery
• Knowledge of pneumatics, lubrication and hydraulics circuits
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and diagrams
• Knowledge of mig and or arc welding and use of cutting torches
• Must be able to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication schematics
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria
Education
• High school diploma or GED
• Some college and/or technical trade manufacturing education is preferred
