Plant Manager of Prototype Operations (stampings)
Macomb County, MI
Salary: up to $140K/yr, based on experience
Duties:
Will be responsible for prioritizing jobs, scheduling work, on time delivery of parts to customers and quality of parts
Will manage prototype stamping division
Will be responsible for managing approx. 50-65 employees at this time
Required:
- Must have previous prototype/ short run production experience as a plant manager preferably minimum 5 years
- Must be proficient in prototype press operations
- Must be proficient in prototype assembly (mig welding, spot welding, riveting, nuts, studs etc)
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)
***MUST have plant manager experience within the prototype stamping arena
Other:
- Journeyman metal model maker preferred
- Salary will based on minimum 50 hr. week
