Job Posting: On-Site Factory Positions
Pay: $55k-$60k

Job Duties:
- Manage warehouse operations on-site, including inventory and logistics.
- Oversee fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
- Coordinate distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient logistics.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and exceptional employee relations.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients, acting as a liaison between them and branch staff.
- Assist with the screening and selection of new temporary associates as needed.
- Orient new temporary associates on company policies, safety procedures, and job expectations.
- Maintain accurate personnel records in the employee database for temporary associates.
- Manage daily attendance and weekly payroll for temporary associates.
- Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates.
- Mentor, evaluate, manage disciplinary actions, and handle dismissals of temporary associates.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports to internal and external leadership.
Site Locations and Hours:
- Plainfield: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Avon: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (some weekends)
- Brownsburg: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (some weekends)
- Morrisville: Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2 positions available)
