1st Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $17/hr
Preventative Maintenance Tech
Description:
Complete preventative maintenance per schedule or as assigned on CNC Lathes/Mills, general machines and Hobbers/Shapers.
Monitor coolant system and documentation as required
Clean and repair chip conveyors
Responsible for lube oil and grease for production cells
Housekeeping of Chemical Storage area
General building and Janitorial maintenance
Responsible to monitor and maintain records for recycling efforts
Assist Maintenance Technicians in completing tasks
Ongoing training with Maintenance Tech’s to improve skills in hydraulics/pneumatics
Assist or back-up Janitorial staff as needed.
Follow Housekeeping, Safety (lockout/tagout) & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)
Requirements:
Experience in Machine/Building Maintenance
1-2 years experience as Machine Operator
