Program Engineer

Co. builds/ manufactures stand-alone machines
Salary: $70-80K/yr
Duties:
*Will participate and support company’s quality management system
- Take process ownership in company’s quality system
- Establish and maintain an effective quality management system
- Maintain certifications to a relevant quality standard
- Ensure all activities of the department comply with legal demands and ethical standards
- Drive and support the effort for continuous improvement within the company
- Support all departments in their efforts to implement and improve processes
- Schedule and oversee all external and internal audits
- Follow up on all quality system action items
- Prepare the documentation for the quarterly management reviews
- Develop & establish process, system & plan for company and given projects
- NO management of personnel/ employees
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years’ experience/ background in manufacturing
- Understanding/ knowledge of a company’s process
- Experienced in ERP software and databases
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
