SR. Program Manager ($110 - 140K/yr)
Program Manager ($90 - 110K/yr)
Duties:
Responsible for continuous customer contact
Responsible for program budget and timing
Continuous communication/ feedback with shop floor managers
Required:
MUST have prototype stamping background
MUST have metal stamping
Other
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Some CAD design soft. knowledge is helpful
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given project
- Ensure high quality work is produce
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Seeking min. 3 - 5 yr related experience
Hours: avg. 50 hr/wk, M – F., some Sat if needed. 6am to 5pm with one hour lunch
*Permanent position – Direct-Hire from start or, 90 day to hire
