Job Description:
* Internal and External Quality Concerns (QPR's)
* Responsible (R) for Fast Track Response, Quality Triangle, Pareto Analysis of Defects
* Responsible for Customer Ratings of TAC (R), as their supplier.
* Shipping Audit (A) and S.A. Log Sheets Retention.
* All PPAP (R) documentation
* Responsible for Establishing (R) Quality Control Systems
* Responsible (R) for SOP's Work Instructions
* Work Manual (R)
* Responsible for Lot Tracking (R)
* Responsible for (R) Vendor Quality Control
* Responsible for (R) Layered Audit Management (LA)
* Responsible for (R) Certifying Measuring Equipment
* Incoming Inspection (A)
* Chrysler NCT Checking (A)
* Support in New Vendor Development (S)
* Directly Responsible (R) for Quality Technician(s)
* Monthly Quality Measurables (R) reporting to President
* Weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting (R) to TMC
* Supporting Warehouse Activities
* TS-16949 Compliance
* Quality Hold Area activities.
* Gages and Measuring Equipment
* Monthly Debits to USA Vendors and TMC, related to quality costs
* Weekly New Launching Status Updates / Action Items
* TAC Internal & External Q. Cost
* Any items not specifically mention here but contained on the latest TAC RASIC Chart (currently dated 9/11/2013) are also the Q. Manager Direct Responsibility, Support, Inform or Approve as detailed on the RASIC
Job Requirements:
* Support (S) Functions include Billing and Debit,
* Inform (I) in the Planning Category (See RASIC Chart) Sales Planning, Market Search, Product Search and Potential Customer Search
* Inform (I) in the Sales Category Customer Registration, New Part Registration and Support in Presentation Material Updates.
* Launching BTAB (A), Material Timing (I), PTR (S), Production Readiness (I)
* Engineering Approval (A) Tech. Review, Engineering Change and Engineering Suggestions
* CHRYSLER SMART System (I)
* GM Supply Power, Chrysler Covisint, (I) etc.
* Availability to travel local and short overnight 20%
* Highly motivated, energetic and positive demeanor
* Advanced verbal communication skills, including group presentation, negotiation and influencing
* Time management skills, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving and project management"
* Knowledge of closing techniques and customer relationships
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with global customers, sales representatives, engineers, managers and the general public
