Schedule: 6am-2:30pm
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Aerospace Unit
Evaluates documentation, performs laboratory procedures, inspects incoming products, measures process performance, records data and prepares formal reports
Reads and interprets materials, such as work orders, inspection manuals,
and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures.
Inspects materials, products, and work in progress for conformance to defined
requirements (engineering drawings and specifications).
Marks items for acceptance or rejection, records test results and inspection data, and compares findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.
Tests and measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, and to verify adherence to functional specifications.
Reads dials and meters to ensure that equipment is operating according
Support compliance with Company Quality Policies.
Support company continuous improvement initiative.
Requirements:
Standing for most of your shift and walking up and down stairs at times
A high school diploma or GED
A minimum of two years of on-the-job experience in mechanical inspection
Excel (Advanced), Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
