Pay: $20-$25/hr

Shift: Shift: 6:00am to 6:30pm Mon-Fri, then 8 hours on Saturday. 2) 10 min breaks, and a 45 min Lunch

Responsibilities:
Check parts for compliance and make changes.
Green Tag first piece buyoff if part is within specs of print.
Do random spot checks on parts in process.
Check E-mail for communication from management or customers.
Assist QMS Mgr. to make sure ISO Procedures are being followed on the floor.
Weekly floor audits, check sheets, travelers, & Blue tags being filled out.
Keep Consumables / supplies properly stocked.
Occasionally sort parts for defects, correct as needed.
After Buy-off implement check sheet on each operation.
Follow all Safety Protocols.
Keep local and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, good work Ethic, be able to Follow Verbal or
Written line up, Work as a Team or Individually.
Proficient with CMM Machines, PCDIMAS / Polyworks 

Knowledge of Roamer Arms, Proficient with computers, how to read blueprints.
