The Operator feeds recycled tire material into the machine and ensures the smooth and continued operation of the machinery. This may include using a rake to smooth material out in the machine for a smooth level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and perform physical duties that are associated with running the recycle machine.
- Maintain a clean working environment
Physical Requirements
- Walk, sit, stand, stoop for long periods of time
- Ability to operate two-handed controls
- Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs multiple times per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Exposure to physical conditions in scrap recycling facilities, including walking/climbing in active industrial yards with uneven surfaces in inclement weather
Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.19 per hour
