Material Supply Chain Coordinator

Company is an automotive warehousing facility; metal automotive parts.
Job Duties:
- Material flow monitoring and inventory management
- In-transit material tracking and monitoring
- Issuance of PO and inbound-outbound delivery monitoring with sub-suppliers
- Shipment preparation and delivery
- Printing of regular/special labels (customer requirement)
- Preparation of commercial invoices to customers outside US (Mexico, Canada, GM Europe)
- Provision of special labels, BOLs and special pick up arrangements for warehouse staff
- Submission of ASNs
- Logistics
- Confirmation with customer to setup pick-up/call-in pick up
- Scheduling for pick-ups and delivery
- Resolve issues on wrong pick-up/delivery
- Customer-service and support
Experience Required:
Must have 3 + years work experience in shipping and supply chain management within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing facility.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full time on-site)
Salary: Up to $45,000 per year based on experience
