Note:
For the “Trainee Roles” there is no experience required, looking for a job driven candidate that want to come in a learn and make manufacturing a career.
All of these positions take a long time for training, so we're only interested in candidates who are “Career” focused, not just looking for a "job"
All trainees will train on first shift for the first year.
The team works between 8-10 hours a day Monday-Friday depending on the production schedule.
Currently, working 9 hours shifts, 1st shift is from 6am-4:30pm and, 2nd shift is 4pm-2:00am.
These times will change depending on the number of hours worked per day.
Will not work every weekend but, may go through periods where will be running Saturdays due to the schedule.
Roughly 60% of the Saturday’s in a year.
Avg. 6 hour shifts on Saturday 1st 6am-noon and 2nd noon-6pm. Sunday’s are rare and usually voluntary same hours as Saturday.
*All seniority employees (after 90 days) will get an $.08 per hour increase every month until they reach the top rate in their classification.
